Not a clear survey to fill out. Gave choices of Strong Need, Minor Need, OK as Is and No Opinion. For ATV and OFF road vehicles I do not want
any but that was not a choice. Under Business the choices are There is No Need, There is a Need and No Opinion. It is not clear to me what you
are asking. We have just about everything on the list so I checked "There is no need" because I think we do not need more of them. I checked
"there is a need" if we do need more of them.
Parking for public buildings has to be protected more efficiently. Perhaps limited by time in the vicinity of the public library and village offices to
ensure that use of those facilities is protected.

Please consider innovative subdivision techniques such as "conservation subdivisions" & cluster development that might have incentive density
bonuses coupled with creative site designs. Please avoid a knee-jerk solution such as uniform large-large minimum sizes that are intended to
discourage residential development & that tend to create "rural sprawl" by dispersing residences over a larger area; this is a reactionary land
policy & is counter to Smart Growth/Quality Communities principles. People have vested property rights & a balance needs to be attained
between forcing people to develop in a certain way & inducing them to follow reasonable/creative land use regulations.
Please do everything possible to preserve the rural, unspoiled character of our beautiful town.
Please don’t pave everything over. Try to slow down the ever increasing volume and speed of the traffic. Please try to maintain the peace and
quiet of the rural character.
